Reminds me of the time Lesley Stahl asked Madeleine Albright about the affects of sanctions on Iraq: “We have heard that half a million children have died. I mean, that is more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?”, and Albright replied: "I think that is a very hard choice, but the price, we think, the price is worth it.”
Albright, to her credit, sounded somewhat less enthusiastic than Hotovely.
Ah, the Israelis are playing the ancestral guilt and duty cards. Because the British and Americans killed hundreds of thousands of German civilians by bombing the crap out of them some 80 years ago, their descendants must allow Israel to do the same to whoever it wants or else they are Bad People.
It's not gonna fly. I'm going to write a piece on it when I get the time.
Why are right-wing pro-war women always fat and ugly? Is their love of violence some kind of revenge against beauty? And remember, peace is the greatest beauty of all.
Heh…so ugly that they make a train want to take a dirt road.
Good to see you, Carolyn. I hope you are doing well. I’ve followed your comments for a long time and I usually find myself agreeing with you. I’ve used different names through the years so you won’t remember me. I was once Beagle Bailey on common dreams.
It’s very hard for me to hold my tongue about this woman, but I will. But I can’t stop thinking about how I would respond if I didn’t decide that. I just can’t understand what made her so evil inside. Indeed the Albright comment comes to mind. As does Hillary’s laughing about Gaddaffi's gruesome death. Good grief…I remember how naive I was when I thought it would be better if women ran the world. Silly, naive me. But that’s before I knew about the Thatchers and the Hillarys and the Albrights….

I thought of that too.
Hell could not be hot enough for this person,
I suspect that it will be.

That poor woman is mentally ill.
Piers seems afraid to challenge her.
What a slimey shit.
