I would just like to mention that although Yotam Ottolenghi is Israeli, he certainly doesn't claim Palestinian dishes as his own. His business partner, Sami Tammimi is Palestinian and they work together. They have both been supportive of Amos Trust, a human rights organisation who campaign on behalf of Palestine and organise trips there.
