Freedom of speech is tanking all over the "free world". On that note: Swiss neutrality is no longer existing. In the 1970s or 80s Austrian chancellor Kreisky still remarked, "why would we need a secret service when we can buy the [Swiss newspaper] 'Neue Zürcher Zeitung' at most railway stations". Nowadays this is a Western propaganda rag as they come.

It appears, that articles cited in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) were violated:

Article 7

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8

Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

Article 9

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Well, the federal police is still accustomed to enforcing the law and not to serve some ideology based arbitrariness.
