What is the article trying to highlight?
If it is saying that the German Nazis had a strong hand in Zionism and favored Zionist Jews over Palestinians, that is a rather weak thing to claim.
while carrying out the Holocaust, Nazis strengthened their ties with Arab groups and leaders in British Mandate, such as Amin al-Husseini. The Haavara Agreement was discontinued after Germany invaded Poland. Just like the Madagascar plan, the Haavara plan was abandoned, and Nazis fully settled on favoring extermination of Jews over deportation.
