I was once again a guest on the excellent By Any Means Necessary radio show a couple of weeks after the Russian invasion of Ukraine to talk about the parallels between Ukraine and Syria.
What the US and European countries have been doing is both countries is quite similar — arming the most reactionary forces as a way to fuel indefinite wars and help bleed two countries with independent foreign policies (Syria and Russia).

What should be done about the invasion of the Ukraine by Russia? Should the U.S. and other allies abandon Ukraine to conquest and extermination by Russia and its mafia oligarchy? Should we make military aide contingent on doing something substantial to prevent funding of the Nazi groups and excluding them from military involvement? Given that Ukraine is not a Nazi state, that most of its citizens do not support Nazism, what are the most humanitarian options in your view? The above discussion and previous stories that bring up the Nazi issue seem to completely ignore what are arguably the larger questions. I respectfully await a real response. Thank you!
